Project Manager (6-month contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Dublin on a 6‑month contract (inside IR35). You will lead complex projects from planning through delivery, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget and compliance requirements while delivering positive outcomes for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of complex projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and documentation.
• Implement and oversee change‑control processes and monitor project progress.
• Facilitate clear communication with a wide range of stakeholders and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management frameworks, methodologies and templates.
• Provide guidance, coaching and support to junior team members and act as an escalation point for complex queries.
• Support delivery of positive customer outcomes, ensuring decisions are made in good faith and customer harm is avoided.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance and best practices.
• Experience managing scope, timelines, budgets and change‑control processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong risk and issue management capability.
• Experience producing project documentation, reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior project team members is advantageous.
