Project Manager – Architectural Precast Concrete

About the role

Techrete, a leading architectural precast concrete façade contractor, is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from Balbriggan, Co. Dublin. The role involves overseeing project delivery, ensuring safety, quality, timeliness and budget compliance while coordinating design, surveying and construction teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and coordinate internal resources to meet project targets.
• Oversee a portfolio of construction projects, ensuring understanding of the full scope of works.
• Maintain proactive involvement throughout all project stages and keep all departments and the client informed via informal discussions and formal reports.
• Facilitate decision‑making internally and with clients/contractors.
• Maintain project records, adhere to procedures and ensure milestones are achieved and documented.
• Report progress to the Department Head and provide fortnightly updates to the Senior Management Team.

Required profile

• Experience leading construction projects and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Strong communication skills for reporting to senior management and liaising with clients.
