Project Manager – Hybrid (Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to take full ownership of workstreams within a high‑profile transformation programme based in Dublin. This hybrid role combines strategic planning with hands‑on delivery, ensuring senior stakeholders stay aligned in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discrete project workstreams end‑to‑end, from planning and scheduling to tracking and delivery.
• Maintain governance artefacts such as RAID logs, decision logs and action registers.
• Prepare and present progress updates and reporting packs for senior audiences.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships and drive accountability across teams.
• Collaborate closely with the Programme Lead to keep the overall programme on track.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years of experience in project management, PMO or project coordination.
• Exposure to Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations and own outcomes.
