Project Manager – IT Change & Communications Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead IT change and communications across our Enterprise IT function. The role bridges technology, executive storytelling and organisational change, ensuring complex IT initiatives are clearly communicated to senior leaders and end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Lead reporting for the CEO, Board, Audit Committee and IT governance bodies.
• Develop presentations and communications for IT leadership forums and Town Halls.
• Manage end‑user communications for major incidents, outages and IT changes.
• Drive organisational change management assessments and readiness activities across IT projects.
• Identify and mitigate communication, adoption and change‑related risks.
• Partner with IT, Cyber Security, PMO, Corporate Communications and external partners to ensure consistent messaging.
• Coordinate site‑specific and enterprise‑wide IT communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT communications, organisational change, PMO or transformation roles.
• Track record of producing executive and Board‑level reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to simplify complex technical information.
• Experience with large‑scale IT programmes such as ERP, SAP, Cyber Security or Infrastructure.
• Familiarity with OCM methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is a plus.
