Property Lawyer – Commercial Real Estate

About the role

Join a leading Irish law firm’s award‑winning Property Department as a Property Lawyer. You will work on high‑value commercial real estate transactions, advising institutional investors, private equity funds and major retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and financings.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex contracts, leases and ancillary documentation.
• Provide strategic advice on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
• Lead due‑diligence processes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Monitor market trends and legislative changes to deliver proactive advice.
• Contribute to business development through thought leadership and networking.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of excellence.

Required profile

• 3–7 years post‑qualification experience in commercial property law.
• Strong academic background.
• Excellent technical and drafting abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Commercially focused with strong organisational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Initiative‑driven yet effective in team environments.
