About the role
William Fry LLP is seeking a Property Lawyer to join its award‑winning Property Department, recognised as a tier‑1 practice in Ireland. The successful candidate will work on high‑value commercial real estate transactions, advising institutional investors, private equity funds, public authorities and major retailers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end commercial real estate deals, including acquisitions, disposals and financings.
- Draft, review and negotiate complex contracts, leases and ancillary documentation.
- Provide strategic advice on regulatory compliance, risk mitigation and market trends.
- Lead due‑diligence processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Contribute to business development through thought leadership, client pitches and networking.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Required profile
- 3–7 years of post‑qualification experience in commercial property law.
- Strong academic background and proven technical drafting ability.
- Commercially focused with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently.
- Initiative‑driven yet effective as a team player.
Required skills
- Technical drafting and contract negotiation expertise.
- In‑depth knowledge of Irish commercial real estate law and regulations.
