Property Legal Executive

About the role

Our client, a reputable law firm in Dublin 13, is seeking a Property Legal Executive to manage residential conveyancing matters. The role is fully office‑based and will operate under solicitor supervision, offering exposure to a range of property transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing files from instruction through post‑completion.
• Draft and review contracts for sale, respond to requisitions and prepare supporting documentation.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents and financial institutions to progress transactions.
• Order and review property, planning and title searches.
• Prepare closing statements, completion packs and handle Land Registry applications.
• Submit stamp duty returns via the eStamping system.
• Assist with mortgage documentation and lender requirements.
• Maintain client files, deadlines and compliance with Law Society regulations.
• Provide regular client updates and manage post‑completion registration.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years recent experience in residential conveyancing.
• Understanding of real‑estate practices and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑service focus.
• Highly motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
