Python Developer

About the role

Our client in Dublin is expanding its AI team and is looking for a Python Developer with strong AWS serverless experience to build reliable, scalable applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain Python‑based software solutions in a serverless environment.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers and architects to deliver features that meet business needs.
• Contribute to system design and technical decisions for cloud‑native applications.
• Write clean, maintainable and well‑tested code and uphold best‑practice standards.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve defects and performance issues.
• Help improve development processes and CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented design and clean‑code principles.
• Experience delivering projects with an AI focus.
• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
