Quality Assurance Compliance Manager

About the role

This is a high‑impact position leading GxP compliance for clinical and pre‑clinical programmes across Europe within a global pharmaceutical company. You will be the sole QA representative in the region, reporting directly to a US‑based leadership team and shaping the compliance framework for both current and future projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead GxP compliance activities for EU clinical and pre‑clinical operations.
• Support Qualified Person (QP) responsibilities where applicable.
• Drive audit readiness, manage inspections and implement quality improvements.
• Collaborate with global QA, regulatory teams and external vendors to ensure consistent compliance.

Required profile

• Strong QA experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.
• Background in clinical trial and pre‑clinical compliance.
• QP status or eligibility is a plus.
• Hands‑on, autonomous work style with clear communication skills.
