Quality Engineer – Continuous Improvement

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our fast‑paced, multinational environment. You will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and product quality across our engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and records.
- Conduct internal audits and manage non‑conformance closures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance performance.
- Support engineering teams with product and process verification.
- Lead CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) activities and quality investigations.
- Manage calibration systems and coordinate quality‑related projects.
- Provide quality support to operations and lead root‑cause analysis efforts.
- Develop and implement quality controls for new and existing products.
- Communicate findings and progress through clear reports and information sharing.
Required profile
- Proactive, self‑motivated with strong prioritisation skills.
- Collaborative mindset and passion for driving quality improvements.
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with materials, sheet metal, machining processes, or aerospace is a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS 9100 Quality Management Systems.
- Hands‑on knowledge of CAPA, PPAP, NPI and APQP processes.
- Internal audit execution and non‑conformance management.
- Calibration system management.
- Root‑cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
