Quality Manager – Data Centre Projects

About the role

Winthrop Technologies is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance activities on multiple turnkey data‑centre projects across Europe. You will ensure that all construction work meets the company’s quality standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct quality audits and inspections on‑site.
• Develop project‑specific quality plans and ensure subcontractors comply with them.
• Liaise with client QA representatives to resolve quality issues.
• Supervise inspection reporting, documentation, and record keeping.
• Manage equipment calibration and coordinate test pack preparation and final handover documentation.
• Provide guidance to on‑site staff to improve project feasibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of quality management experience in construction (commercial, industrial, pharma, data‑centre).
• BSc in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Proven experience with personnel management, staffing and scheduling.
• Process‑driven with strong focus on quality work management systems.
