Quality Manager – Food Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Quality Manager to lead food safety and quality initiatives across our manufacturing site. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of product safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HACCP/TACCP programmes and support BRCGS and customer audits.
• Ensure GMP, SOP, hygiene and food safety standards are consistently applied on the shop floor.
• Conduct internal audits, monitor compliance trends and drive corrective actions.
• Manage quality documentation, traceability exercises and production checks.
• Mentor and support teams to foster a strong food‑safety culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality or technical management within food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, GMP and food‑safety systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead audits and manage corrective actions.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Capacity to work independently in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
