About the role
This position supports quantitative researchers by delivering high‑quality data, building internal tools, and streamlining research workflows. You will work in a fast‑paced, technically demanding environment where Python is the primary language.
Key responsibilities
- Discover, validate, clean, and maintain datasets used in research and production.
- Monitor production systems, analyse logs and investigate data or system inconsistencies.
- Support ad‑hoc research requests and perform exploratory data analysis.
- Design and build internal tools, scripts and automation utilities using Python.
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers and engineers to improve research infrastructure and operational efficiency.
Required profile
- Highly analytical and detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with large, complex datasets.
- Curious about technical systems and willing to dive deep into workflows.
- Background in STEM fields (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering) is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Python with clean, maintainable code.
- Experience using Pandas for data manipulation.
- Experience using NumPy for numerical analysis.
