About the role
Our client, a well‑established law firm with offices in Dublin and Cork, is looking for a motivated Solicitor to join its Real Estate team. You will work on a wide variety of commercial and residential property matters, gaining exposure to complex, high‑value transactions for developers, financial institutions, corporate clients and investors.
Key responsibilities
- Advise and represent clients on commercial and residential property transactions.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts, leases, licences and related documentation.
- Conduct due‑diligence investigations and manage conveyancing processes.
- Liaise with property developers, banks, corporate clients and investors to achieve commercial objectives.
- Support senior partners on high‑value, multi‑jurisdictional deals.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor in Ireland with 1–3 years post‑qualification experience in real estate or property law.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work within a high‑performing team.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of clients’ business goals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
