Receptionist and Clinic Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist and Clinic Coordinator to join the front‑of‑house team at Portobello Dental Clinic in Dublin. The role is full‑time (37.5 hours per week) with varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings and occasional Saturdays, supporting an award‑winning dental practice.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments and maintain the clinic’s booking system.
• Coordinate patient flow between the reception area and clinical rooms.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and processing payments.
• Provide information about services and assist with patient enquiries.

Required profile

• Previous front‑of‑house or reception experience, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
• Positive attitude, empathy and strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high‑quality service.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings and occasional Saturdays.
