Recruiter – Outsourced Technical Services (OTS)

About the role

Milestone is seeking a Recruiter for its Outsourced Technical Services (OTS) division. The role focuses on sourcing and placing specialist automation talent for Life Sciences and FMCG projects, acting as a trusted partner for engineering and operations leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and shortlist specialist automation resources for diverse client needs.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of automation talent for current and future projects.
• Manage the full candidate onboarding process, from technical screening to offer and contract administration.
• Maintain strong relationships with placed resources and ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Provide detailed information about the company, projects and opportunities to candidates.
• Attend client sites and networking events to strengthen relationships and employer brand.
• Collaborate with OTS colleagues to achieve team goals.
• Keep the internal Applicant Tracking System up‑to‑date and GDPR‑compliant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in automation, CSV or MES domains.
• Previous recruitment experience within pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
• Proven ability to recruit both permanent staff and contract resources.
• Team‑player with a collaborative mindset and self‑motivation.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Automation platforms: DeltaV, ABB, DCS, PLC/SCADA, OSI PI.
• Computer System Validation (CSV) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
