Recruitment Consultant – Hybrid – Cork

About the role

Cpl is expanding its Cork office and is looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join a high‑performing, collaborative team. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while building your own book of business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a personal portfolio of client accounts.
• Meet or exceed fee targets and KPI metrics.
• Source, qualify and present candidates that match job requirements.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior consultants and associates.
• Maintain up‑to‑date industry knowledge and contribute to social media networking.
• Uphold Cpl’s best practices and core values in all interactions.

Required profile

• Experience in agency recruitment, sales, client relationship building or business development.
• Temporary/contract or permanent agency experience is desirable.
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing abilities.
• Excellent multitasking, delivery focus and initiative.
• Motivated, resilient, customer‑centric with a positive attitude.
