Regional Business Manager – Ireland

About the role

Urgo Medical is seeking a Regional Business Manager to lead its Ireland sales team. You will be responsible for driving performance, building strong stakeholder relationships, and fostering a high‑performance culture that consistently meets ambitious commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a regional sales team to exceed sales and market‑access objectives.
• Design and implement strategic commercial and territory plans aligned with company goals.
• Identify and unlock new business opportunities in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Manage regional budgets and resources to maximise impact and ROI.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare stakeholders.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with corporate strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a sales leader in a fast‑growing, innovative environment.
• Strong track record of achieving and surpassing commercial targets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to inspire, coach and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
