Regional Manager – Munster

About the role

This senior leadership position oversees a high‑volume, multi‑site retail portfolio across Munster. The Regional Manager will drive commercial performance, operational excellence, and people development while shaping the strategic direction of the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimise performance of multiple stores, ensuring targets for sales, margin, labour, shrink, waste and customer experience are met.
• Coach, mentor and develop Store Managers and regional leadership teams.
• Implement strategic initiatives to improve store performance, support revamps and new operational projects.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting and regional business strategy.
• Maintain best‑in‑class retail standards and ensure compliance with operational policies.
• Identify and act on opportunities for innovation, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Regional Manager or senior multi‑site retail leader.
• Strong background in grocery, FMCG, supermarket or large‑scale retail operations.
• Commercially astute with solid P&L management and KPI ownership.
• Exceptional leadership and people‑development capabilities.
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on, results‑driven approach.
• Full clean driver’s licence.
