Regional Sales Manager & Director Ireland

About the role

Seco Tools, part of Sandvik, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager who will also act as the legal Director for PMT Premier Machine Tools Limited in Ireland. You will shape the sales strategy, drive profitable growth, and ensure compliance with local regulations while leading a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a clear sales strategy to increase revenue, market share and profitability across Ireland.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team, set targets, monitor performance and foster a culture of success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts and adjust plans based on market trends, opportunities and risks.
• Manage regional budgets for fees, trials and demos, ensuring disciplined use of resources.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Customer Service to provide seamless end‑to‑end solutions.
• Act as Seco brand ambassador, upholding the Code of Conduct, values and principles.
• Ensure legal entity compliance, health & safety and effective local governance as Director, representing the company with authorities and industry bodies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of successful industrial sales experience, preferably in machining or cutting tools.
• Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams and deliver measurable results.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative mindset.
