Regional Sales Manager – Ireland

About the role

Join a global leader in industrial manufacturing as Regional Sales Manager for the island of Ireland. You will own the commercial strategy across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, reporting to the UK Managing Director, and drive revenue growth while leading an established sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the regional sales strategy to achieve revenue, profitability and market‑share objectives.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of six sales professionals, driving engagement and continuous improvement.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors and strategic partners through a consultative, value‑based approach.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while growing existing customer accounts.
• Manage sales pipelines, forecasting, KPIs and CRM data to maximise commercial opportunities.
• Oversee regional budgets, customer demonstrations and tender management.
• Contribute to a commercial transformation programme, enhancing sales effectiveness and governance.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in sales, preferably within industrial manufacturing sectors such as medical, aerospace, automotive, precision engineering or general manufacturing.
• Track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop a high‑performing sales team.
• Strong customer‑focused mindset with consultative selling expertise.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and Technical Support.
