Regional Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead a high‑performing team of field‑based Account Managers in Dublin. You will combine strategic vision with hands‑on leadership to drive sustainable growth, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver exceptional experiences across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to meet regional sales targets and KPIs.
• Foster a positive, high‑performance culture focused on growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong customer partnerships to support long‑term business success.
• Coordinate regional meetings, product launches, and performance reviews.
• Support change initiatives while ensuring alignment with company values and strategic goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and developing field‑based sales teams.
• Strong commercial background, preferably in technical solutions or complex products.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organisational abilities.
• Ability to inspire, influence, and manage change effectively.
• Degree qualification (Master’s preferred).
