Relief Pharmacy Technician (Part‑time, 24 hrs/week)

About the role

Join PHX Ireland as a Relief Pharmacy Technician working across our Limerick locations (Castletroy, Roxboro, Charlotte's Quay). This part‑time position offers 24 hours per week over three days, supporting our community pharmacies with safe and accurate prescription dispensing.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense prescriptions with a focus on safety and accuracy.
• Maintain prescription records and process monthly HSE PCRS claims.
• Provide over‑the‑counter advice and friendly, expert customer service.
• Manage dispensary stock, check expiry dates, place orders and ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in personal development, team projects and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Completion of the IPU Pharmacy Technician course or a Higher Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Studies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow regulatory compliance.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality patient care in a fast‑paced environment.
