Relief Staff Nurse – Nursing Home

About the role

Curam Care Homes is seeking Relief Staff Nurses to join our team at a nursing home in Carrigaline. You will deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care to residents, supporting their independence and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in line with professional standards.
• Provide holistic, person‑centred care that promotes optimum independence and quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver specialist services for older adults, dementia/Alzheimer’s patients, step‑down and convalescence care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Required profile

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or eligibility for registration.
• Newly qualified or graduate nurses will be considered.
• Experience in gerontological or dementia care is advantageous.
