Renewals Specialist (French/English)

About the role

CoderPad is seeking a bilingual Renewals Specialist to join its Customer Success team. Based in Ireland and working 100% remotely, you will manage the end‑to‑end renewal process for low‑touch accounts, ensuring customers continue to see value and renew on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full renewal lifecycle for 200–300 accounts under $20k ARR, handling outreach at 90, 60 and 30 days before renewal.
• Design and operate AI‑assisted outreach workflows using Claude, Gainsight, Apollo and Salesforce.
• Engage customers in English and French, maintain accurate forecasts, and report at‑risk accounts to leadership.
• Identify churn risks, develop mitigation plans, and surface expansion opportunities for the Strategic AE/SAE team.
• Collaborate with Accounting, RevOps and Data teams to ensure renewal data completeness and process automation.
• Continuously document and improve renewal processes to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts in a high‑volume, transactional environment.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth tech or startup setting.
