Residential Property Legal Executive

About the role

Our client, a Dublin‑based law firm, is seeking a Residential Property Legal Executive to manage residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post‑completion. The role is fully office‑based and will work under solicitor supervision, handling a range of property transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing files from instruction to post‑completion.
• Draft and review contracts for sale, respond to requisitions and prepare supporting documentation.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents and financial institutions to progress transactions.
• Order and review property and planning searches, title documents and conduct title checks.
• Prepare closing statements, completion packs and handle Land Registry and Registry of Deeds applications.
• Submit stamp duty returns via the eStamping system.
• Assist with mortgage documentation, loan packs and lender requirements.
• Maintain client files, deadlines and compliance with Law Society regulations.
• Provide regular client updates and manage post‑completion registration and file closure.

Required profile

• Minimum three years recent experience in residential conveyancing.
• Understanding of real‑estate practices and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑service focus.
• Highly motivated, able to work independently and take initiative.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the eStamping system for stamp duty returns.
• Experience handling Land Registry and Registry of Deeds applications.
• Ability to conduct title checks and raise requisitions.

What we offer

• Salary up to €52,000 (DOE) with a total package of up to €60,000.
