Restaurant Host – Breakfast & Dinner Team

About the role

The Montenotte is seeking a friendly and professional Restaurant Host to join both the Breakfast and Dinner teams. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth seating experience in our historic yet contemporary hotel restaurant.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Determine guests' dining or lodging needs and manage the seating chart.
• Monitor restaurant flow to optimise seating and dining turnover.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests and any complaints.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning, stocking and folding silverware.
• Assist colleagues and other departments to maintain positive working relationships.
• Uphold brand standards for food & beverage service.
