About the role

Our client, a well‑established retailer in Ireland, is looking for an experienced Retail Manager to lead a busy multi‑department store covering fashion, accessories, home and beauty. The role combines commercial responsibility with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional in‑store customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the highest levels of customer service and in‑store experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators across all product categories.
• Motivate, develop and manage a high‑performing team, ensuring morale and performance remain strong.
• Ensure retail visual and commercial standards are consistently delivered.
• Drive sales growth and profitability for fashion, accessories, home and beauty ranges.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer‑facing retail management role.
• Strong leadership and people‑development capabilities.
• Commercially minded with a strategic approach to retail performance.
• Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Excellent customer‑service ethos and problem‑solving abilities.
• Creative, detail‑oriented with strong visual‑merchandising instincts.
