Retail Supervisor – Front‑line Operations

About the role

Applegreen is looking for a motivated Supervisor to join our team at the Cork North Ring Rd site. You will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager with administrative tasks to optimise store performance.
• Support sales initiatives and help achieve store targets.
• Motivate and lead the team by setting clear, achievable goals.
• Maintain compliance with company standards, policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional service to every customer.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of retail experience in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Can‑do attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced setting and willing to learn new tasks.
