Sales Assistant – Men's Footwear (39 hrs/week)

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our men's footwear team at our Brown Thomas store in Dublin. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the store’s sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑standard customer service at all times.
- Handle stock efficiently and maintain back‑of‑house standards.
- Support the management team in achieving sales and operational goals.
- Uphold personal presentation standards that reflect the Kurt Geiger brand.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store standards.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar retail sales role.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work to KPIs.
- Passionate, engaging, and driven personality that embodies the Kurt Geiger DNA.
Required skills
