Sales Consultant – Washroom Hygiene Services

About the role

Rentokil Initial is looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join its Initial Hygiene team covering North Dublin. You will work in the field, meeting both new and existing customers to promote and sell innovative washroom hygiene services.

Key responsibilities

• Visit new and existing customers across the assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships and understand customer needs.
• Sell washroom hygiene solutions and generate new business from enquiries and internal leads.
• Maintain a daily travel schedule and represent the company professionally on site.

Required profile

• Full manual Irish driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Excellent problem‑solving, customer service and communication skills.
• Background in customer service, retail or sales is advantageous.

• Competitive salary: €29,355 basic, rising to €30,385 after training, with OTE €43,000.
