Sales Consultant – Water Treatment Solutions

About the role

Culligan Home Products Ireland Ltd is looking for an energetic Sales Consultant to join its team in Claregalway. You will act as the primary point of contact for residential and commercial customers, helping them choose the right water‑treatment solutions for their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Engage proactively with homeowners and businesses to assess water‑quality concerns.
• Recommend appropriate softeners, filtration systems, RO units and related services.
• Prepare and present quotes, explain benefits, and guide customers through purchase decisions.
• Follow up on leads received via phone, email and online platforms.
• Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking and local marketing.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and collaborate with service and installation teams.
• Provide post‑sale support and conduct customer satisfaction check‑ins.
• Record all activities in the CRM system and generate regular sales reports for management.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in sales or customer‑service roles.
• Confident communicator with strong telephone etiquette.
• Persuasive, resilient and target‑driven.
• Detail‑oriented with high accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Water treatment product knowledge (softeners, filtration, RO systems).
• CRM usage for managing customer information and sales activities.
