Sales Development Representative - Arabic Market

About the role

Salesforce is looking for a Sales Development Representative for its Arabic market, based in its Dublin office, which is described as the European hub of the corporate sales organisation. The role suits high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen and natural sales instincts, offering a clear learning and earning path.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads
• Achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities
• Contact customers by telephone and email to analyse their needs
• Profile accounts and overcome prospect objections to generate quality opportunities for Account Executives
• Work with Marketing and sales on lead quality and conversion
• Maintain active communication with leads by sending monthly targeted materials
• Nurture existing opportunities and help uncover new deals

Required profile

• Bachelor's (or Master's) degree
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• 1-2 years of business experience (software sales experience is a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a high-energy sales environment
