Sales Excellence Manager – SMB (Education & Nonprofit)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Excellence Manager to help our client elevate SMB business across the Education and Nonprofit segments. You will translate strategy into action, drive operational excellence and enable data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic insights and business intelligence to regional SMB sales leaders.
• Oversee SMB segment performance, focusing on partner‑led revenue, cloud adoption and customer acquisition.
• Lead the rhythm‑of‑business (ROB) and monthly business reviews (IARs) to track performance and forecasts.
• Integrate partner‑led sales motions into core operations to boost CSP channel growth and renewals.
• Represent SMB in annual planning, influencing segmentation, coverage models and quota setting.
• Deliver actionable intelligence on partner attach rates, CSP renewals and marketing‑sourced demand.
• Maintain operational excellence through structured ROB and IAR processes.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, partner and sales teams to share best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and DAX.
• Experience with process‑management tools such as Visio.
• Strong data‑analysis background using SQL, MySQL and Excel.
• Experience with BI tools and automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) is a plus.
