Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will act as the primary internal contact for a portfolio of customers, driving revenue growth and enhancing the overall customer experience. This full‑time position is based at the Citywest Business Campus with the possibility to work remotely on Fridays after the probation period.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main internal point of contact for assigned customers.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting customer relationships.
• Identify improvement opportunities, approve discounts and increase sales.
• Participate in monthly internal and external sales meetings.
• Deliver solutions that meet customer needs and objectives on time.
• Monitor local market conditions and report competitor activity.
• Expand core business within managed accounts and collaborate with the Business Development team.
• Provide product support, promote the full catalogue and upsell accessories.
• Maintain accurate records in the SAP C4C CRM system, including calls, contacts, interests and high‑value orders.
• Support trade events by assisting with setup, promotion and attendee engagement.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience delivering customer‑focused solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple account projects with strong attention to detail.
• Organised, self‑motivated and comfortable handling customer feedback.
• Willingness to support trade events and represent the company.

Required skills

• SAP C4C (CRM) proficiency.

• Salary €35,000‑€40,000 (DOE) plus €1,000 bonus.
