Sales Manager – Dairy Ingredients

About the role

Kinisla is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its Dairy Ingredients business. You will manage existing B2B customers and traders while identifying new growth opportunities across a portfolio that includes milk proteins, cheese, whey, and milk fats.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop commercial relationships with assigned dairy ingredient customers.
• Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and margin management in line with company guidelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Technical, and Finance teams to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare account plans, sales forecasts, and monitor market dynamics and competitor activity.
• Represent Kinisla at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
• Travel across Ireland and internationally as needed to support commercial activities.

Required profile

• Proven commercial or sales experience in the dairy, food ingredients, or agri‑food sector.
• Track record of managing B2B relationships in a complex supply environment.
• Strong understanding of pricing, contracts, and margin management.
• University degree in Food Science, Agricultural Science, Chemistry, Business Management or a related field is desirable.
• Self‑starter with high autonomy, strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite tools.
