About the role
Google is looking for a Sales Manager to lead Large Customer Sales (LCS) pods in Poland within the CEE sector. You will partner with top brands and agencies, driving growth through Google’s full suite of advertising solutions while navigating a fast‑changing market.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop high‑performing LCS pods, setting priorities and ensuring execution of high‑value activities.
- Build trusted relationships with customers, uncover business needs and translate them into tailored advertising solutions.
- Sell Google’s advertising products across Search, YouTube, Display, Video and Measurement.
- Use data‑driven insights to shape strategy, influence decisions and achieve commercial targets.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver extraordinary outcomes for both Google and its customers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 11 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development or IT.
- Proven track record of commercial leadership and exceeding business goals.
- Fluent Polish communication skills.
- Deep understanding of retail, travel and digital advertising ecosystems (Search, Video, Display).
Required skills
- Proficiency in using data to tell a story and drive business decisions.
- Experience managing high‑performing sales teams in a high‑pressure environment.
