About the role
The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead Brooks Hotel’s commercial strategy, driving revenue across rooms, food & beverage, events and ancillary services while strengthening the brand’s boutique identity in Dublin’s Creative Quarter.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual sales plans to meet revenue targets for rooms, F&B, events and ancillary services.
- Identify, secure and manage key accounts across corporate, leisure, MICE and luxury travel segments.
- Collaborate with the Revenue Manager on pricing, forecasting and distribution strategies.
- Create bespoke packages, seasonal offers and market‑specific promotions.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, website updates, content creation and social media strategy.
- Manage brand communications, photography, videography and visual assets.
- Lead public relations initiatives, media relations and influencer partnerships.
- Work cross‑functionally to translate guest feedback into new experiences, F&B concepts and in‑house events.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to keep the hotel ahead of industry developments.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in hotel or hospitality sales and marketing, preferably within a luxury or boutique environment.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and growing market share.
- Strong understanding of revenue management and pricing strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with corporate, leisure and media partners.
