Sales & Retention Agent (Telesales & Customer Retention)

About the role

Panda, Ireland’s leading waste management company, is looking for a dynamic Sales & Retention Agent to join its team at Millennium Park. This dual‑skill position combines inbound and outbound telesales with customer loyalty initiatives, helping to attract new business and keep existing clients engaged.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales inquiries and initiate outbound calls to prospects and former customers.
• Drive conversion of leads and execute win‑back campaigns to recover lost accounts.
• Identify at‑risk customers and propose tailored solutions to improve retention.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team targets for sales volume and retention rates.
• Maintain accurate customer data, sales leads, and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
• Stay informed on product offerings and market trends to better serve customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales, cold calling, or customer retention.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales and win‑back KPIs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities in English, both written and spoken.
• Results‑driven, self‑motivated, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
