SAP P2P Lead Consultant (S/4HANA Procurement)

About the role

HCLTech is looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA P2P Lead Consultant to join its growing team in Ireland. You will work on the Procurement modules of SAP S/4HANA public cloud, designing and optimizing end‑to‑end Purchase‑to‑Pay processes while adhering to clean‑core principles.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimisation of P2P processes, ensuring minimal customisation and scalability.
• Provide guidance to both internal team members and the customer throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyse and gather business requirements across all PTP domains.
• Configure and support Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders Management, Goods Receipting, Supplier Invoice Management and Flexible Workflows.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA public cloud Procurement modules.
• Proven track record in flexible workflow, purchase requisition and purchase order creation.
• High‑level knowledge of PTP processes and senior‑consultant expertise.
• Ability to lead design activities and mentor stakeholders.
