Scaled Customer Success Manager, French

About the role

Notion is looking for a Scaled Customer Success Manager who will lead the adoption and expansion of Notion across a large portfolio of French‑speaking customers in EMEA. You will act as the trusted advisor, delivering tailored onboarding, training and ongoing guidance to help customers unlock the full value of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high‑volume portfolio of EMEA customers, ensuring successful onboarding and continuous expansion.
• Design and execute at‑scale outreach campaigns to drive product adoption and increase monthly active users.
• Collaborate closely with sales partners to align on adoption goals and support seamless hand‑offs.
• Serve as the internal product ambassador, advising customers on workflow optimization and ROI maximisation.
• Identify strategic accounts for seat expansion and proactively engage customers who are under‑utilising Notion.
• Provide actionable feedback to influence Notion’s growth and product strategy.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a fast‑growing software company.
• Proven success in a Customer Success or Account Management role.
• Fluent French speaker with strong communication skills.
• Experience managing a large volume of accounts.
• Highly motivated self‑starter with a growth mindset.
