Scaled Customer Success Manager (French)

About the role

Notion is looking for a Scaled Customer Success Manager who will lead a large portfolio of French‑speaking customers across EMEA. You will help customers adopt Notion, expand usage, and achieve measurable business outcomes through tailored consultations, trainings, and outreach programs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high‑volume portfolio of EMEA customers, driving adoption and expansion.
• Onboard new clients and deliver customized Notion consultations, trainings, and assistant programs.
• Design and execute at‑scale outreach campaigns to key contacts to boost product adoption.
• Collaborate with sales partners to ensure strong adoption and seamless hand‑offs.
• Act as an in‑house product ambassador, helping customers maximize ROI and workflow efficiency.
• Identify strategic accounts for monthly active user growth and seat expansion.
• Proactively engage under‑utilizing customers, creating action plans to improve success.
• Provide insights to influence Notion’s overall growth strategy.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience at a fast‑growing software company.
• Proven success in a Customer Success or Account Management role.
• Fluent French speaker.
• Experience managing a large volume of accounts.
• Strong intrinsic motivation to be a top performer and contribute to a team.
• Growth mindset and willingness to continuously improve.
