Search Evaluator Quality Analyst – French Speaker (12‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The Search Evaluator Quality Analyst will support TikTok’s Search and Interaction Safety Operations team in delivering a safe, smooth, and enjoyable search experience for users across the EMEA region. This 12‑month fixed‑term position focuses on evaluating and improving the quality of moderation and interaction workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sampling and arbitrate appeals to assess the quality of labellers and QA staff on comment, messaging, and interaction projects.
• Collaborate with BPO partners, in‑house labellers, QA teams, and trainers to drive quality and efficiency through calibrations, daily Q&As, and analysis reports.
• Create training materials, presentations, and manuals for moderation teams working on search projects.
• Identify support needs, schedule training, and ensure all employees receive appropriate instruction.
• Evaluate cases daily, provide root‑cause analysis feedback, and translate insights into moderation improvements.
• Generate recommendations, analyse search data, and optimise standard operating procedures.
• Own the end‑to‑end evaluation process, from planning and execution to presenting high‑quality analysis for product optimisation.
• Execute ad‑hoc projects and urgent business requests as assigned by the team lead.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluent in English and French, with the ability to produce French‑language business content aligned to local market norms.
• Strong understanding of TikTok or similar social‑media platforms.
• Excellent content analysis and communication abilities.
• Proven capacity to manage high‑volume workloads while maintaining accuracy.
• Adaptability to changing scope, policy, or workload.
