About the role
Join Boots as a Customer Assistant and gain valuable retail experience. You will work on the shop floor, at the tills or in the back shop, supporting customers and ensuring smooth store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers, answer questions and provide product advice.
- Promote in‑store offers and schemes.
- Maintain tidy and well‑presented shop floor and stock rooms.
- Operate tills and help with stock handling.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a great shopping experience.
Required profile
- Enjoy working in a fast‑paced, varied environment.
- Communicate and listen effectively.
- Team‑oriented with a collaborative mindset.
- Attention to detail and pride in customer interactions.
- Willingness to be a brand ambassador for Boots.
