About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join its fast‑growing Growth & Mid‑Market segment. Based in Dublin, you will manage a portfolio of advertisers, helping them translate business goals into full‑funnel marketing strategies on the LinkedIn platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand a portfolio of advertisers, consistently exceeding revenue targets.
• Build trusted relationships and act as a strategic marketing partner for customers.
• Identify expansion opportunities through optimization, upsell and always‑on solutions.
• Leverage data, insights and performance signals to prioritize actions and drive adoption of LinkedIn best practices.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting and strong CRM hygiene.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver value and ensure a high‑quality end‑to‑end customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use performance data to guide decisions.
