Senior Account Executive (Nordics) – Sales Solutions

About the role

LinkedIn is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join its Sales Solutions team in Dublin. The role is hybrid, combining remote work with office days, and focuses on selling LinkedIn Sales Navigator to customers across the Nordic region.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue by prospecting, building pipelines and closing new business in the Nordics.
• Own the full sales cycle, from discovery to contract negotiation and hand‑over.
• Provide accurate forecasting, revenue reporting and pipeline management.
• Act as a trusted adviser, sharing insights and best practices to help customers succeed.
• Continuously evolve solution offerings and sales processes based on market feedback.
• Champion LinkedIn’s Diversity and Inclusion values.

Required profile

• 4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or software platforms.
• Fluency in English; fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Finnish or Norwegian) is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Experience selling into the Nordic market.
