Senior Backend Developer

About the role

BLP Digital is looking for a Senior Backend Developer to help shape the next generation of AI‑driven ERP automation tools. You will work with a fast‑growing SaaS scale‑up that serves Fortune 500 customers across more than 40 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into product improvements.
• Design, develop, and maintain clean, high‑quality backend code.
• Participate in code reviews and promote technical excellence.
• Contribute to system architecture decisions, focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Guide technical direction for major initiatives and mentor junior team members.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and team practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong commitment to software craftsmanship, clean code, and clean architecture.
• Ability to turn business problems into precise technical specifications.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes.
