Senior Brand Designer – Remote

About the role

This fully remote senior brand designer position sits at the heart of a globally distributed organization that is shaping the future of work through design, innovation, and automation. You will define and evolve a modern, cohesive brand identity across digital and offline touchpoints, influencing how the brand is perceived in markets worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver end‑to‑end brand design projects from concept through final execution across multiple channels.
• Create high‑quality visual assets such as landing pages, digital campaigns, social media content, email designs, presentation decks, and sales materials.
• Develop and evolve brand systems to ensure consistency, clarity, and a modern visual expression.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross‑functional teams to translate business goals into compelling creative solutions.
• Design and adapt assets for digital ads, social media, web platforms, and offline materials.
• Shape the strategic direction of the brand by defining visual identity, storytelling, and design standards.
• Mentor and support other designers, fostering a culture of feedback and design excellence.
• Continuously refine design processes to ensure pixel‑perfect execution and high creative standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in brand design, preferably within innovative or high‑growth global companies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern aesthetics, innovative thinking, and typographic expertise.
• Deep understanding of brand systems and ability to maintain consistency across diverse outputs.
• Experience in creative or marketing environments; agency background is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently from idea generation to delivery.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and team development.
• Awareness of digital media platforms and how design performs across social channels.
• Fluency with AI and automation tools and openness to integrating modern workflows.

What we offer

• Annual base salary range of approximately $116,250 – $130,750.
