Senior Business Development Manager - Aircraft Leasing & Aftermarket Services

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing aviation aftermarket organisation to lead commercial expansion in aircraft leasing and asset management. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape the business development strategy, build high‑value relationships and drive revenue across Ireland and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a proactive business development plan targeting aircraft leasing companies and aviation asset managers.
• Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with senior decision‑makers such as CTOs, Technical Directors and Asset Management teams.
• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities to meet ambitious revenue targets.
• Promote and sell a portfolio of aftermarket services including Component Support, Technical Project Management, Asset Management and Aircraft & Engine Remarketing.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage complex sales cycles from introduction to contract award.
• Manage the RFP process in close collaboration with technical and legal teams.
• Support customers throughout aircraft lease transitions with tailored aftermarket and asset solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in aircraft leasing, aviation aftermarket services, MRO or asset management.
• Established network and trusted relationships within the global aircraft leasing community.
• Commercially driven with a track record of delivering significant revenue growth.
• Ability to work autonomously, influence strategy and partner directly with senior leadership.
