Senior Compliance Analyst, EMEA

About the role

Clio, a global provider of legal AI technology, is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst to join its Compliance team in the UK and Ireland. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Compliance, within the Security team in Engineering, and is hybrid: candidates living near the Manchester or Dublin offices work in the office at least two days a week. It is a hands-on position focused on growing and automating Clio's compliance program, including third-party attestations such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement control automation initiatives and audit and report on the compliance program
• Work with engineering, IT and other stakeholders to align practices with compliance objectives, and create metrics to track program effectiveness
• Lead discussions on adopting changes, run gap assessments, readiness checks and monitoring, and maintain the Risk Management program
• Work with the Privacy Program Manager on privacy compliance issues, and coordinate internal assessments and external audits
• Contribute to vendor risk management and mentor junior team members

Required profile

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Security or audit certifications such as CISSP, CISM and/or CISAF
• Knowledge of information security principles and IT processes such as change management
• Experience with GRC or compliance tools (e.g. OneTrust, Standard Fusion, Drata, Vantai, ZenGRC)
• Interest in process automation and ability to balance competing priorities

• Salary range of EUR 76,700 to 103,700, depending on region, experience and profile
